Registration fee information Registration fee include coffee breaks, service, conference material, banquet, taxes and one copy of the conference proceedings Until June 30, 2004: Full member 400€ Student 300€ On site: Full member 450€ Student 350€

Lodging information Organizers have agreed the following reduced rates with the VVF to be paid at the conference registration: Full board in single room From Sept. 12th to Sept. 17th 470€ Or per day on site 110€ Full board in in shared double room From Sept. 12th to Sept. 17th 375€ Or per day on site 90€

Grants will be attributed to young speakers depending on available funding. A motivation letter
is asked upon pre-registration for eligibility. The letter should be sent to the organizers at dislo04@onera.fr

Accompanying persons will not be mananged by the conference's organization and therefore don't need to be registered. Nevertheless the organizers have agreed with the VVF La Canterelle (the vacation resort where the conference take place) a reduced rates for the persons accompanying people registered at the conference.
